PENDLETON â The White Eagle Grange recently scored support for the Pilot Rock High School music department. Gail Wilson, the groupâs treasurer, said the group provided a $250 donation to help with the repair and purchase of instruments.
Nikki Shattuck, a six-year White Eagle Grange member and current secretary, shared about the condition of the schoolâs instruments during the Feb. 1 Grange meeting. Shattuck, who participates in the Pilot Rock High School band, said she was well aware of the need and was hoping to gain support.
âThatâs what the Grange is about, helping out the programs within our local communities and programs,â Shattuck said.
